A teenage girl missing from the Blue Mountains has been found safe.
The 16-year-old was last seen at Blacktown Railway Station around 10pm yesterday (Friday 5 May 2023).
When she failed to return home or make contact with family members, she was reported missing to officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, including a public appeal for information, the girl was located in Sydney today (Saturday 6 May 2023).
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
