Teenager threatened with knife during Mt Annan home invasion

Police are investigating after a teenager was threatened with a knife during a home invasion in Sydney's south-west this morning.

About 2.40am (Saturday 28 August 2021), police were called to a home at McEwan Circuit at Mt Annan, following reports of a home invasion.

Police were told three males forced entry to the home before threatening a 14-year-old boy with a knife.

The group stole personal items, before fleeing the scene on foot.

Officers from Camden Police Area Command attended and conducted an extensive search of the area; however, the group were not located.

A crime scene has been established and an investigation launched into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
