Seven men and three women have been charged following an investigation into drug supply in Sydney's southwest.
Strike Force Singer was established by Camden Police Area Command in December 2023 to investigate an alleged drug ring operating across the southwest.
Following extensive inquiries, investigators executed seven search warrants in Tahmoor, Menangle, Oran Park, Spring Farm, and Harrington Park.
During the searches, police allegedly located and seized 500 grams of cocaine with an estimated street value of $150000, $38000 cash, a hydraulic press, 3 rifles, other prohibited weapons, ammunition, steroids, and cannabis.
Police arrested seven men and three women who were all taken to Narellan Police Station.
- A 23-year-old woman was charged with supply prohibited drug, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity. She was granted conditional bail to appear before Picton Local Court on Thursday 4 April 2024.
- A 28-year-old woman was charged with supply prohibited drug, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity. She was granted conditional bail to appear before Picton Local Court on Thursday 4 April 2024.
- A 31-year-old man was charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug, owner/occupier knowingly allow use as drug premises, and deal with property proceeds of crime.
- A 25-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited drug, owner/occupier knowingly allow use as drug premises, knowingly direct activities of criminal group, and fair to comply digital evidence access order direction.
- A 28-year-old woman was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug, organises/conducts etc drug premises expose child, participate criminal group contribute criminal activity, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, and fail to comply with digital evidence access order direction.
- A 26-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
- A 32-year-old man was charged with two counts of supply prohibited, participate criminal group contribute criminal activity, two counts of possess prohibited drug, and deal with property proceeds of crime.
- A 25-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited drug, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
- A 32-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited drug, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
- A 24-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited drug, organises/conducts etc drug premises expose child, knowingly direct activities of criminal group, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.
The seven men and a woman were all bail refused to appear before Parramatta Local Court today (Friday 29 March 2024).
