Police have seized 10kg of cannabis and arrested a man after intercepting a vehicle in Longwarry yesterday.
The 2015 Mazda CX-5 was intercepted by Baw Baw Highway Patrol officers performing roving patrols on Koo-Wee Rup - Longwarry Road Road around 11.30am.
Police searched the vehicle and allegedly located 10kg of cannabis estimated to be worth up to $200,000 street value, and $1,300 in cash.
A 64-year-old Doreen man has been charged with drug trafficking, possessing cannabis and dealing with proceeds of crime.
He was bailed to appear before Latrobe Valley Magistrates' Court on 22 August.
