Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Theodoros Vagiatis.
Three warrants have been issued after the 48-year-old failed to appear at court in relation to intentionally damaging property and other traffic related offences.
Vagiatis is about 176cm tall, with a solid build, olive complexion and has black hair.
Vagiatis is known to frequent the Clayton area.
Investigators have released an image of Vagiatis in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
