From Tuesday 19 April Council's Duty Planners and Certifiers will be available via appointment between the hours of 8.30am and 12.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Development Engineers will be available between 8.30am and 10.30am on Wednesdays.
Options for appointments include face-to-face meetings, online (Teams meetings) or telephone meetings.
Appointments can be booked by phoning Council on 4868 0888 this will allow Planners time to prepare before you meet and to provide advice at the meeting to assist applicants. This is a free service.
"Starting Monday 2 May residents will be able to book this service online via Council's website a face-to-face or phone appointment with one of our Duty Planners via Council's website," Mr King added.
Duty Planners assist with general enquiries relating to development applications, building alterations, demolitions, earthworks, shed erections, tree removals, dual occupancies and construction of balconies, decks, pergolas and verandas.
Development Engineers can assist with retaining walls, driveway and subdivision development inquiries.
