Police are investigating a third arson at a Flinders Park business overnight.
Police and fire crews were called to a building fire on Grange Road, Flinders Park just before 2am on Friday 18 October.
The front of the premises was completely engulfed in flames and extensive damage was caused to the real estate office.
The fire was able to be contained to the single premise, and no other buildings were damaged.
CIB detectives, crime scene investigators and fire cause investigators will attend the scene this morning.
This is the third fire at the same address in the past week.
