Third man arrested over Ferryden Park shooting, South Australia

A third man has been arrested during an ongoing investigation following a series of shooting incidents targeting a Ferryden Park home earlier this year.

Between February and March this year, the home in Constable Street was targeted on three separate occasions. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The incidents are believed to be linked and not random.

Serious and Organised Crime Branch detectives arrested a 26-year-old Gawler South man on Wednesday (19 June) at Evanston and charged him with endanger life following a shooting which occurred on Tuesday 5 March.

On Thursday 4 July, Crime Gangs Task Force detectives arrested a 25-year-old Gawler West man and charged him with aggravated acts to endanger life.

On Thursday 16 August, ongoing investigations has lead to the arrest of a third person a 48-year-old man from Wasleys.

He has been charged with two counts aggravated acts to endanger life, he has been refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
