Police have caught a driver doing the wrong thing three times in the last seven days in the Bendigo area, Victoria Police say.
Bendigo Highway Patrol intercepted a vehicle on 9 July on Bennett Street in Bendigo and the driver returned a positive oral fluid test.
The same P plate driver was picked up on 13 July on McIvor Highway in Axedale by State Highway Patrol members and returned a positive oral fluid test.
The driver was again intercepted on 14 July on McIvor Highway in Longlea and again returned a positive oral fluid test.
The 23-year-old Heathcote man is expected to be charged on summons for driving whilst exceeding prescribed concentration of drug, pending results of laboratory tests.
