Police have arrested three people in Harrietville this afternoon as part of an ongoing investigation into the death of a man in Shepparton last Friday, Victoria Police say.
The trio, an 18-year-old male, a 17-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, were intercepted in a vehicle on the East Ovens Track near Howmans Lane about 12.50pm.
The three will now be interviewed by detectives from the Homicide Squad.
The arrests follow the death of a 43-year-old man in Shepparton on 27 July.
