Three Men Taken To Hospital After Stabbing - Ashfield

Three men are being treated in hospital after an alleged stabbing in Sydney's Inner West.

Just before midnight on Friday 30 August 2024, emergency services were called to a building on Charlotte Street, Ashfield, following reports of a stabbing.

On arrival, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command located a 28-year-old man with stab wounds to the neck and leg, and a 29-year-old man with stab wounds to his arm.

Police were told a 31-year-old man had assaulted them before leaving the location.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 28 and 29-year-old at the scene before they were taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in serious but stable condition.

Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.

About 2.10am today (Saturday 31 August 2024), police located a 31-year-old man on Arthur Street, Ashfield, with a serious laceration to his hand.

He was taken to St George Hospital where he remains under police guard.

All three men are believed to be known to each other.
