Emergency services are responding to reports of a three-vehicle crash on the Hume Highway, at Lansdowne, involving a police vehicle and two other vehicles.
NSW Ambulance paramedics are on scene treating those involved.
Extensive delays are expected, and motorists are urged to avoid the area as emergency services attend the scene.
