Police have charged three youths after a teenager was allegedly threatened with a knife during a home invasion in Sydney's south-west yesterday.
About 2.40am (Saturday 28 August 2021), police were called to a home at McEwan Circuit, Mt Annan, following reports of a home invasion.
Police were told three males allegedly forced entry to the home before threatening a 14-year-old boy with a knife.
The group stole cash, before fleeing the scene on foot.
The boy was not physically injured during the incident.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command attended and conducted an extensive search of the area; however, the group were not located.
A crime scene was established, and an investigation launched into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Following inquiries, police attended a home at Mount Annan about 11.15pm yesterday (Saturday 28 August 2021), where they arrested a 14-year-old boy.
About 1.40am today (Sunday 29 August 2021), a 15-year-old boy was arrested at Narellan Police Station, before a second 15-year-old boy was arrested at a home at Narellan about 7am.
All three teens were charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence whilst armed.
They were refused bail to attend Parramatta Children's Court today.
