Federation Council is inviting residents aged over 60 to have the time of their lives at Club Corowa on Sunday 16 March 2025.
Federation Council Mayor, Cr Cheryl Cook said running from 11 am to 3pm, the Time of Your Life Seniors Expo is an event designed to empower residents aging in the Federation Council community with valuable information, support, and resources about local organisations, clubs, groups and service providers to be able to aged well in the Federation Council area.
"The one-day program will consist of guest speakers, interactive stallholders, demonstrations, and health screenings," Mayor Cook said.
"A complimentary two course lunch will be available for pre-registered guests. There will be stalls from Government, aged service, health and wellbeing, legal and advocacy providers, along with community, social, and fitness groups."
The expo is free to attend for Federation Council residents aged over 60. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at 9.30 am. Complimentary bus transport is available from across the Council area to and from the event. If you want to catch the bus, please make sure you book one ticket for lunch and one ticket for the bus.
The NSW Seniors Festival runs from 3 -16 March 2025 and is about getting out and about, pick up new skills, learn what activities and services are available, join local clubs and groups in the community, meet others, and most importantly, have fun.
