Top Early Educator Launches New Site at Open Day

Harmony Early Education

Leading early childhood educator Harmony Early Education is unveiling their newest state-of-the-art centre at an exciting Open Day this weekend, which is slated to redefine the future of childcare.

Located at 1858 Gold Coast Highway and spanning over a 1,000 square meters site, Harmony Burleigh Heads will welcome families on Saturday 20 July from 11.00am to 1.00pm.

Harmony CEO Laurie Begni says the opening of Burleigh Heads is another pivotal moment in the organisation's mission to delivering exceptional holistic early education.

"We are always looking to expand our network of centres and welcome more families to experience the Harmony difference," says Mr Begni.

"We partner with international experts in playscape and environment design and all of our centres create harmonious spaces that support children's learning and wellbeing.

"The aesthetically rich environment we've created and the features we've incorporated, make this new centre the future of early childhood education."

Mr Begni says the opening of Burleigh Heads coincides with the Gold Coast's significant population growth as well as a surge in property development in Burleigh.

"The booming property market is a testament to the appeal of Burleigh, and as more families move to the area, the demand for quality early childhood education has never been higher," says Mr Begni.

"Our new centre is ideally positioned to meet this demand, providing a vital resource for parents and a holistic learning environment for children.

"This event offers families an ideal opportunity to meet the experienced team of educators while gaining an insight into our beautifully rich aesthetic spaces that support children's learning and wellbeing."

With a current population of 742,000, the Gold Coast is poised for significant expansion, projected to reach between 849,000 and 1,130,000 residents by 2046, making it one of the fastest-growing regions in Australia.

The Open Day will include gourmet grazing throughout the event, along with children's activities and live entertainment.

The Burleigh Heads centre is expected to cater for up to 110 children aged from birth to five years and operate from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

Harmony has a further two centres scheduled to open during 2024, which will be located in Bulimba and Griffin.

Harmony's approach to early learning and development, drawn from contemporary educational and human research, offers a value-based early learning environment where children can develop into strong, confident, happy and health individuals.

Harmony Early Education currently operates 18 early learning centres across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Inspiring beautiful minds with beautiful environments, Harmony's foundation is built on ensuring every child receives the best care and education possible in a safe, calm, fun and inclusive learning setting.
