Tasmanian food and beverage brands have hit the aisles at Singapore's premium grocery retailer, Little Farms, in a series of events and pop-up stalls to introduce Tasmanian products to the local market.

Held from April 4 to 7, the program showcases a selection of Tasmanian producers, featuring a Tasmanian food and wine fair, in-store sampling, two Tasmanian showcase dinners, and special promotional offers.

Premier of Tasmania and Minister for Trade and Major Investment, Jeremy Rockliff, said the events at Little Farms are providing Tasmanian businesses the opportunity to share their world-class produce with major markets and potential buyers around Asia.

"Our Government is backing Tasmanian businesses to access new markets and expand their export opportunities, as part of our 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania's Future," Premier Rockliff said.

"During the 2022 Singapore Trade Mission, I had the pleasure of connecting with Little Farms, and it was clear the retailer was a perfect partner to host Tasmanian produce.

"Little Farms are champions of natural, healthy, and organic produce, making them the ideal partner to showcase the best of our island's rich culinary heritage.

"Though activities like this we're taking Tasmanian products to the world – and events such as the Little Farms-Tasmanian partnership help showcase more premium Tasmanian food and beverages to Singaporean markets."
