Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the death of a man on in Nirranda South yesterday.
It is believed the man was struck by a tractor near a property on the Great Ocean Road about 12.15pm.
The driver of the tractor, a 42-year-old Nirranda South man, stopped and rendered assistance.
The 63-year-old Camperdown man died at the scene.
