Police are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred at Lake Eacham yesterday evening, Queensland Police say.
At about 9.25pm, two vehicles collided on Lake Barrine Road.
The male driver of one of the vehicles sustained serious leg injuries and was airlifted to the Cairns Base Hospital for treatment.
Three other occupants received medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are appealing to any members of the public who witnessed the crash or who have relevant dash-cam footage to contact police.
