The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for public assistance following a serious two-vehicle traffic crash in Drewvale yesterday morning, March 16.
Investigations indicate shortly before 6am two vehicles collided at the intersection of Beaudesert Road and Illaweena Street, Drewvale.
The driver of a Red Ford Falcon sedan, a 20-year-old Rocklea man, sustained life-threatening injuries.
The driver and sole occupant of a Toyota RAV 4, a 41-year-old Hillcrest woman, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Both drivers were transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, dashcam or CCTV vision of the red Ford Falcon sedan prior to the incident. It is believed to have been travelling southbound on Beaudesert Road.
