Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund and the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods
- Ms. Chiamaka Obiageli Mogo (Calgary, Alberta) appointed as the Deputy Administrator of the Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund, for a five-year term.
- Mr. Mark A. M. Gauthier (Gatineau, Quebec) appointed as the Interim Administrator of the Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund and the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods, for a one-year term.
- Mr. Steve D. Anderson (Shelburne, Ontario) appointed as the Deputy Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods, for a five-year term.
Atlantic Pilotage Authority
- Captain John Patrick McCann (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) reappointed as the Vice-Chairperson of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, for a four-year term.
- Captain Vivek Saxena (Antigonish, Nova Scotia) reappointed as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, for a four-year term.

- Ms. Katherine Edith Bright (North Vancouver, British Columbia) reappointed as Vice-Chairperson, for a four-year term.
- Ms. Vasiliki (Billie) Raptis (North Vancouver, British Columbia) reappointed as a member, for a three-year term.
- Capt. Allan John Ranger (Nanaimo, British Columbia) reappointed as a member, for a three-year term.
