TRC Seeks Input on New Subordinate Local Law

Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is calling for public feedback on the proposed replacement Subordinate Local Law No. 1.15 (Carrying Out Works on a Road or Interfering with a Road or its Operation) 2024.

Council's December Ordinary Meeting recently (Tuesday, December 10, 2024) endorsed seeking public comments on the proposed replacement Subordinate Local Law No. 1.15, which is designed to manage footpath and road closure applications.

Cr Manteufel said residents were encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to comment on the proposed subordinate local law.
