Two-car collision on Princes Freeway at Drouin East

A man and a woman have both been airlifted to a Melbourne hospital following a two-car collision in Drouin East overnight.

Police have been told that a white Toyota Kluger was travelling east in the west-bound lane on the Princes Freeway when it collided with a white Ford utility just before 1am.

The driver of the Kluger, a 32-year-old Bellara man and the driver of the utility, a Narre Warren South woman in her 30s, were both airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
