A man and woman have been killed following a head-on collision in Leitchville this morning, Victoria Police say.
Two cars collided on the Murray Valley Highway about 10.45am, causing one vehicle to overturn and catch fire.
Emergency services attended and the small blaze was quickly extinguished.
The male driver of one vehicle and the female driver of the overturned vehicle both died at the scene.
Both were the sole occupants in each vehicle.
The Murray Valley Highway, between Bollinds and Kerang-Leitchville roads, will remain closed for several hours with diversions in place.
Any witnesses are urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
