Police have charged a 19-year-old man following a two-vehicle crash at Benair yesterday afternoon, February 9.
At approximately 5:30pm a Holden Colorado utility was attempting to turn off the Bunya Highway into an address when it collided with a Nissan Nivara 4WD travelling in the same direction.
The 4WD drive then left the road and struck a nearby tree.
A 24-year-old Kingaroy man who was a passenger in the 4WD was injured and was taken to the Kingaroy Base Hospital, while the driver, a 24-year-old Kingaroy man received minor injuries.
The male driver of the utility , a 19-year-old Edens Landing man received minor injuries.
The Edens Landing man has been charged with mid range drink driving and is due to appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on February 21.
