UC Law Hosts Annual Corporate Law Symposium

The Corporate Law Center at the University of Cincinnati College of Law brought back its annual symposium with a bang. Held on Friday, March 7, 2025, the 34th annual event, titled "The Changing Administrative Landscape: Cause for Business to Celebrate or Worry?", brought together top legal minds, industry leaders and UC Law students for a day of learning, networking and thought-provoking discussions.

The day kicked off with a welcome by the College of Law's Dean Haider Hamoudi, followed by the keynote address from Lisa Heinzerling, Justice William J. Brennan Professor of Law, Georgetown Law Center. Her topic was "Regulatory Uncertainty and the new Administrative Law."

The keynote address was followed by four panels, featuring top corporate legal counsel, distinguished practitioners and leading scholars who provided insightful discussions on recent developments in administrative law and their impact on business.
