Providers do not need to submit a response to this procurement process in the following circumstances:

those who have been notified of a successful outcome of their 2024 Standard Civil Tender through the eTendering message board; and
-
those who are not seeking to deliver Contract Work in additional Categories of Law and/or from additional offices/Procurement Areas
This procurement exercise will be open to bids across all Civil categories.
It will include an opportunity to also tender to deliver the Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) restricted to Barnstaple, Blackpool, Crewe, Lancaster, Newton, Preston, St Helens, Taunton, Torquay, Wigan and Yeovil only.

The Legal Aid Agency is committed to providing opportunities to maximise the number of providers able to deliver civil legal aid services to the public.
