UN Security Council Briefs on Haiti Crisis

The UN Security Council is due to be briefed at the top of the hour on the overlapping crises which have beset Haiti in recent months, stemming from a political vacuum, economic turmoil and recurring extreme weather-related disasters which has left much of country at the mercy of heavily armed gangs.
