Bishkek, June 28, 2022 - The United Nations Development Programme is providing analytical and forecasting capacity building and decision making support to the Situation Center of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic. UNDP
Situation Center was established in the fall of 2021 as an independent structural subdivision of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic. Its objectives are to provide comprehensive information and analytical support to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in making strategic management decisions based on in-depth analysis of the current situation in various spheres of activity, as well as the preparation of proposals for an effective response to changes in the socio-political situation of the country, including in crisis situations.
Support is provided under the UNDP project "Socio-economic recovery from COVID-19 in Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh provinces of the Kyrgyz Republic" with financial support of the Russian Federation, for increasing employment by developing entrepreneurship and digital skills in the post-covid period.
