Icon Water provides essential water and wastewater services to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), employing over 400 people in the region. The organisation is responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, including dams, water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, and mains.
Moving from an outsourced financial services model, Icon Water will deploy Unit4 ERP for Finance Management and Unit4 Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to deliver a modern, integrated platform. These solutions will provide visibility across business functions, reduce time spent on administrative tasks, optimise resources and drive greater efficiency.
