Police have arrested six teenagers following the pursuit of two stolen vehicles in Logan and the Gold Coast overnight.
Around midnight, police began tracking a stolen Toyota Rav4 in Eagleby.
A Tyre Deflation Device (TDD) was successfully deployed and the vehicle continued on for some time before coming to a stop near Fryar Road.
The occupants abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene in a second stolen vehicle, a Skoda sedan.
The stolen vehicle was tracked along the Pacific Motorway to the New South Wales border, and through southern Gold Coast suburbs.
The vehicle came to a stop near Christine Avenue in Burleigh Heads around 3am and six people were taken into custody.
No one was injured.
The Toyota Rav4 was stolen from Surfers Paradise on March 23.
The Skoda sedan was stolen from Parkinson on March 19.
Investigations continuing.
