Unlawful Wounding, Bundamba

Police are continuing to investigate an unlawful wounding incident in Bundamba on Friday evening.

Initial investigations indicate around 5.10pm, a man was standing next to his vehicle in a carpark off Mining Street, when he was approached by three men.

During an altercation between the parties, a 36-year-old Goodna man was stabbed in the stomach and arm.

He was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and has since been released.

The three men fled the scene in a Toyota Kluger with Queensland registration 694XJA.

The Kluger had been stolen from a West End address on June 27 and has not been located.

Detectives believe those involved are known to each other.
