Unlawful Wounding Charges, Herston

Police have charged a man following an unlawful wounding in Herston yesterday, August 13.

It will be alleged around 7:20am police were called to a health facility on Bowen Bridge Road after reports of an altercation between three men.

A 53-year-old man had sustained serious stab wounds and a 28-year-old man had sustained a minor stab wound.

Officers took a 25-year-old man into custody without incident, and he has since been charged with one count each of attempt to murder and wounding.

He is expected to appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court today, August 14.
