Rushworth's Place Based Plan Committee is hosting a series of community workshops to gather additional feedback and aspirations to be considered in its upcoming Place Based Plan.
Residents from Rushworth and district towns are encouraged to attend one of the community workshops to provide information and have their say in the upcoming Plan.
Campaspe Shire Mayor, Cr Rob Amos said, "it's great to see another form of consultation for the Rushworth community and their upcoming Place Based Plan.
"If you haven't provided your feedback and aspirations, now is the time. We want to hear your ideas and thoughts on how we can make Rushworth and surrounds an even better place to live, work and play.
"The workshops will be facilitated by Communityvibe, the consultant who has been working on the Rushworth Place Based Plan," Cr Amos added.
The first half of each workshop will be led by the project team. Participants will hear about some of the key themes that have come out of the surveys and community conversations during the first hour.
The second part of each workshop will be a casual drop-in session where people can drop in and share their ideas with the project team.
The dates for the workshops are:
- Sunday, 6 August from 2 – 4pm at Rushworth Shire Hall
- Wednesday, 16 August from 11am – 1pm at Rushworth Shire Hall
- Wednesday, 16 August from 6 – 8pm at Rushworth Shire Hall
