The search for missing woman Lesley Trotter's body has entered its seventh day, with detectives from the Homicide Investigation Unit, Scenes of Crime, Disaster Victim Identification Squad and frontline officers continuing to scour the Swanbank refuse site.
The search commenced on Tuesday April 18 and was temporarily halted due to wet weather and high winds earlier this week.
The search is expected to take several weeks, weather permitting.
Aerial drone mapping indicates 12.7 per cent of the rubbish that was quarantined has been searched.
Police have located paperwork belonging to a resident who resides in a nearby street from Ms Trotter's Maryvale Street residence, which indicates current search efforts are concentrated in the right area.
Investigators continue to run out extensive enquiries in relation the death of 78-year-old Lesley Trotter.
There is no further information available at this time.
