Police can confirm a motorcyclist has died in a crash in Greymouth this morning.
It involved the motorcyclist and another vehicle just after 10am on Omoto Road / State Highway 6.
The highway remains closed just east of the Cobden Bridge and is expected to remain closed for another few hours.
Motorists will need to divert through Stillwater.
