The coordinated multi-agency search for a missing teenager on the Mid North Coast has been suspended pending further information.
Jacob Partridge, aged 17, was last seen by friends about 11pm near Emerald Beach - 20km north of Coffs Harbour - on Friday 6 December 2024.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Coffs/Clarence Police District were notified and an investigation commenced into his whereabouts.
A multi-agency coordinated land and sea search began on Saturday 7 December 2024, and continued in daylight hours until yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 10 December 2024) when it was suspended.
While the coordinated search has been suspended, taskings by local police and Marine Area Command will continue in the area over coming days.
Investigators are seeking to speak with anyone who might have seen Jacob in Emerald Beach from 8pm Saturday 7 December 2024.
