URGENT: Missing corrections dog 'Athena'

  • Public asked to be on the look out, but not approach corrections canine

Queensland Corrective Services is asking the public to be on the look out for one of its General Purpose (GP) dogs that got loose from a property in Townsville this morning.

The four-year-old Malinois 'Athena' was last seen in the Cosgrove area. She is a tan dog with a dark face.

Athena is a fully trained corrections dog and while she is friendly, she should not be approached by members of the public.
