USAF Urges Aircrew to Complete Annual Engagement Survey

The Air Force Aircrew Crisis Task Force invites all aircrew members to share perspective on their careers through the annual Aircrew Engagement Survey open from March 6-April 16. Aircrew members should have received the 2025 ACTF Aircrew Engagement Survey via email.

This year's survey looks significantly different than the previous surveys as ACTF seeks more fidelity on common sentiments expressed across all ranks. Aircrew member responses to this voluntary, confidential survey will also inform Air Force retention efforts and enhance ACTF engagements with senior leaders by providing direct member insights.

"We have spent years discussing retention issues that were informed by our senior leaders' formative experiences, but now we can use data to affect the change our Air Force needs," said Col. Alexander Fafinski, ACTF director. "We acknowledge that progress is slow, but I want my fellow aircrew to know we closely review every survey response and are advocating aggressively based on your feedback."

The ACTF will use multiple data analysis methods to review findings, inform change and communicate back to the force after the survey closes April 16.
