On July 22, Administrator Samantha Power spoke with Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader. The Administrator congratulated President Abinader on his recent re-election, and reaffirmed USAID's commitment to partnering with the Dominican Republic to advance democratic governance and reform and to support inclusive economic growth. Administrator Power and President Abinader also discussed U.S. support for anti-corruption efforts and regional security priorities.
