Senior USAID officials, including Administrator Samantha Power, Deputy Administrator Isobel Coleman, and Acting Deputy Administrator Michele Sumilas, will travel to New York, New York, to attend the 79th annual UN General Assembly (UNGA) High Level Week. The officials will speak to the U.S. government's priorities and share how USAID is leading efforts to advance global health priorities such as pushing for a lead-free future; responding to an increasing number of crises and level of humanitarian need; and strengthening democracy globally.
