A woman has been charged following a break and enter at a property in Ormeau yesterday, January 15.
It will be alleged, at approximately 5pm, two people attended a Doherty Court address in a stolen grey Hyundai Tucson.
The pair allegedly gained entry into the property and stole items, before attempting to leave in the Hyundai.
It will be further alleged, the property owner has then returned home and confronted the pair after exiting a black Audi RS7. The pair have then driven the Hyundai into the Audi before exiting the vehicle and stealing the Audi.
The property owner was not physically injured during the incident.
Police later located and arrested a 28-year-old Dunwich woman, who has been charged with three counts each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of enter dwelling with intent.
She is due to appear before Beenleigh Magistrates court today.
Investigations are continuing to locate the Audi and a man that remain outstanding.
