The Opportunity
Through sector consultation and scoping, Volunteering WA has identified a gap in capacity and resources within the volunteer sector to measure impacts that volunteer programs have for volunteers, organisations and the communities they serve. 'Measuring Change' is a two-year project that aims to equip the volunteer sector with sector-leading tools for measuring and communicating impacts of volunteer programs and activities.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders to test, further develop and implement a sector-leading tool to measure the outcomes and impact of volunteer activities.
You will continue the co-design process with volunteer organisations, develop supporting resources for the toolkit, and establish a sustainable business model to ensure ongoing success.
