Venice Commission Publishes Its Latest Opinions

During its 14-15 March plenary session (closed to the press) held at the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice, the Council of Europe's Venice Commission adopted 14 opinions concerning 10 countries (Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo*, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, Peru, Romania and Ukraine). These opinions and other adopted documents are being published this week on the Venice Commission website.

*All references to Kosovo, whether the territory, institutions or population, in this text shall be understood in full compliance with United Nations' Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to the status of Kosovo.
