Verma to Speak on Climate Change at GWU

Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard R. Verma will deliver the Wenger Lecture on International Business and Finance at The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington, D.C. on Monday, October 21. He will highlight the significant impact of climate change on global security and underscore the importance of integrating climate considerations into U.S. foreign policy. After delivering remarks, Deputy Secretary Verma will participate in an open conversation with Dr. Alyssa Ayres, Dean of the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University.
