Victoria Metro will be coached by Amy Vine with Megan Pauwels named assistant, while Victoria Country will be coached by Nicole Martin, with Cassie Brock selected as assistant coach.
This year's Metro and Country squads are highlighted by Victorian contracted player Hasrat Gill and recent Cricket Australia U19 program representatives Ira Aery, Samara Dulvin, Sara Kennedy (Melbourne Renegades 23/24), Indigo Noble, Sarnsiree Plant and Ribhya Syan. Adding further excitement to the upcoming season is the second edition of the U19 Women's World Cup being held in Malaysia in January 2025.
Essendon-Maribyrnong Park's Ira Aery, Greenvale's Noura Abdul Qader and Melbourne's Indigo Noble, who have been selected for Victoria Metro (Aery and Abdul Qader) and Victoria Country (Noble), will also be eligible for the Under 16 National Championships taking place in January.
