Cricket Victoria is pleased to launch St Kilda's newest health club and high-performance community training centre as the Victoria Health Club opens its doors to the community today.
Located at the CitiPower Centre at Junction Oval on Lakeside Drive - the home Cricket Victoria - Victoria Health Club offers a range of health and wellbeing services, including a state-of-the-art gym, high-performance recovery facilities, reformer Pilates and a bumper group training schedule.
From early 2025, the club will also offer Swimming Australia's nationally accredited GOswim learn to swim program to St Kilda for the first time.
Cricket Victoria CEO Nick Cummins said: "We are very excited to see the Victoria Health Club open the doors for the first time today, and I would like to thank our partners at Belgravia Leisure for their efforts in helping us bring this project to life."
"It's exciting to have new members already signed up and ready to begin their personal fitness regimes with us at the Victoria Health Club. We're constantly looking for avenues to make the CitiPower Centre accessible to more of the community and the new gym will help us deliver that," Cummins said.
"We hope that visitors and members will love coming into the facility every day and utilising the wide range of equipment and classes available to them."
Community members are invited to join a free community celebration event on Saturday 30 November. From 10am - 2pm, visitors will get access to come and try out Victoria Health Club with a number of exclusive group exercise classes available on the day!
