As the 4th instalment of rates notices are hitting letterboxes and inboxes, we understand that many in our community may be facing financial challenges. To support our residents, Council is offering in-person assistance with rates notices, payment plans and related concerns.
Council staff will be available to discuss options for managing financial hardship and to provide clear, helpful guidance on understanding your rates notice.
Here's when and where you can find us:
- Monday 20 May: Greater Beveridge Community Centre
- Tuesday 21 May: Wallan Customer and Library Service Centre
- Wednesday 22 May: Kilmore Customer and Library Service Centre
- Thursday 23 May: Seymour Customer and Library Service Centre
- Friday 24 May: Broadford Customer and Library Service Centre
Each session will take place from 9am to noon. No appointment is necessary. Council staff will help you find the best approach to managing your rates and ensuring you have all the information you need.
