24 November 2021 - Vodafone Australia is shaking up the market for this year's Black Friday sales by offering customers huge discounts across its Postpaid and Prepaid mobile handsets and launching its most competitive Home Internet deals ever.
Starting today and running for only one week until November 30, Vodafone is halving the cost of its 4G and 5G Home Internet plans for an entire year while also slashing the price of flagship mobile devices by up to $600 across leading brands like Samsung and Apple.
The Black Friday sales will also see reduced plan costs and generous bonus data across Vodafone's most popular Postpaid SIM Only and handset plans, starting from just $40 per month with a massive 80GB data.
"Not only are these some of the most competitive discounts we have ever launched for our mobile handsets, but these Home Internet offers could be the most competitive that Australia has ever seen," said Kieren Cooney, Group Executive Consumer.

Half-price Home Internet
There is incredible value on new Home Internet deals for eligible customers who sign up and stay connected to any Vodafone 5G or 4G Home Internet plan, saving 50 per cent on the cost of their plan fees for the first 12 months, plus the first month of plan fees free.

Black Friday device discounts
In huge savings for Postpaid mobile customers, the largest device discount in Vodafone's Black Friday sale will see the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G and S21 Ultra 5G (all storage variants) reduced by $600 when customers stay connected to any Vodafone Infinite plan over 24 or 36 months.
This means customers can get the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB with 80GB data per month for just $58.02/month over 36 months on the Vodafone Infinite Lite+ plan (total min. cost $1272.17).
Postpaid device discounts for eligible customers signing up to a Vodafone Infinite plan over 24 or 36 months include:
- Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (all storage variants): $600 off
- Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (all storage variants): $600 off
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G (all storage variants): $500 off
- iPhone 12 Pro (all storage variants): $400 off

- Moto G50: $200 off
Vodafone's Infinite SIM Only month-to-month and Handset plans have also been slashed for Black Friday, with customers now eligible to receive a huge 80GB of monthly data for just $40 per month, 200GB of monthly data for just $50 per month, and 300GB of monthly data for $60 per month. The discount and bonus data lasts for as long as the customer stays connected to the plan.
Huge prepaid savings
Vodafone is also looking out for customers who want to save on outright device purchases, by slashing the price of the TCL 20R 5G by $60, making it one of the most affordable 5G smartphones in the Australian telco market at just $239.
Vodafone's $150 long-expiry Prepaid starter pack will also be reduced by 50 per cent, meaning customers can receive 80GB across a six-month expiry period for just $75.
The Black Friday deals will see the outright price of the below Prepaid devices reduced by the following:

- Oppo A16s: $70 off
- Motorola moto e7 and moto e7 power: $50 off
- Nokia C01 Plus: $35 off
