The Geographical Names Board (GNB) is seeking community feedback on a proposal by Transport for NSW (TfNSW) to name three railway stations. The railway stations form part of the new line that will service the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport which is currently under construction in Greater Western Sydney. Feedback is being sought on proposals to name the following stations:
- Orchard Hills Railway Station, located north-east of the intersection of Kent Road and Lansdowne Road, in the suburb of Orchard Hills, Penrith LGA.
- Luddenham Railway Station, located between Luddenham Road and Warragamba Prospect Pipeline, in the suburb of Luddenham, Penrith LGA.
- Bradfield Railway Station, located east of Badgerys Creek Road and north of Moore Gully, in the suburb of Bradfield, Liverpool LGA.
The GNB is seeking feedback to gauge community sentiment for the proposed names. Suggestions for alternative names are not being sought at this time. Details of the proposal can be viewed, and submissions lodged on the GNB website.

The closing date for submissions is 12 January 2024.
