Carers of people with a disability or mental illness are invited to take part in the Pathways for Carers Knox walk at our new 2025 venue.
As little as 30 minutes of moderate activity everyday will help with the physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one.
This is an opportunity to connect with other carers and learn about news, services and supports available in the local area. For each walk, we are joined by a local service provider who will provide information about their service and answer your questions.
The walk is suitable for all fitness levels and includes a free coffee/hot drink from a local cafe.
Date: 4th Monday of the month, first walk 24 February
Time: 10 am
New 2025 venue: Coonara Community House, 22 Willow Road, Upper Ferntree Gully. Meet in the carpark.
